Sister solidarity!
Beyonce and Solange Knowles stepped out to celebrate the 87th Academy Awards at Vanity Fair’s annual post-Oscars bash (hosted in Beverly Hills on Sunday, Feb. 22), and they did so in nearly identical ensembles.
Beyonce, 33, worked the striped carpet in a long-sleeved white dress by Stella McCartney, a design she teamed with a J. Mendel fur, and giant diamond and emerald baubles by Lorraine Schwartz.
Bey’s little sister, 28, must have gotten the memo, as she also arrived in a white, long-sleeved confection (by Naeem Khan), though hers had the added touch of silver beading. A white clutch, Brian Atwood heels, and her own collection of Lorraine Schwartz jewels completed the style.
The ladies partied the night away—and the actors were excited to see them! A source told Us Weekly that when Beyonce, who was accompanied by husband Jay Z, entered the fete, “Everybody went nuts! You’re not supposed to take pics of celebs here, but when [Beyonce and Jay Z] came, everybody whipped out their phones.”
Hilariously, the source added, “Julianne Moore, Eddie Redmayne, and John Legend were here walking around with their Oscars, and all anybody cared about was Beyonce!”
Nevertheless, all Beyonce seemed to care about was having a great night out with her family, as the ladies were snapped dancing together at the event.
