Blake Lively is taking her Chanel obsession to the next level. The Gossip Girl star will be the new face of Karl Lagerfeld's fashion house.

The 23-year-old just wrapped the shoot for the handbag collection in Paris, E! reports. The finished product should be released early 2011.

Lively is no stranger to Chanel. She sat front row at its Haute Couture Show in Paris in July. In September alone, she dazzled in a red sparkler at The Town premiere and a sequined dress to the Chanel SoHo reopening.
