We'll admit it: All of the red carpets in the 2014 award show season have us itching to get dolled up. But since we're without a celebrity stylist to get glam, we asked Brad Goreski, who has worked with Jessica Alba, Beth Behrs, and Minka Kelly, to share his best red carpet styling advice, plus who he thinks will wear what for the Oscars red carpet on March 2.

"The most important thing I keep in mind is creating a moment that's different than anything that they've ever done on the red carpet," the It's a Brad Brad World star, 36, tells Us Weekly.

His best tip for avoiding wardrobe malfunctions? Making sure the evening clutch has a clutch ingredient. "Double-stick tape usually goes in there for sure," he says, "but their clutches are typically filled with makeup so there's never any room for the stuff I want to give them."

Otherwise, Goreski says that the best styling advice is to start with glowing skin. "It completes the overall head-to-toe look and is an easy way to bring out your natural radiance," says Goreski, who partnered with Suave Professionals for the launch of its Moroccan Infusion Body Care. His pick from the line is the dry body oil. "Its non-greasy formula is great for adding sheen to legs or arms for a special occasion," he says.

As the 2014 Oscars approach, Goreski also has an idea of what the nominees will wear. "Jennifer Lawrence will be in Dior, of course," he says of the Miss Dior spokeswoman, 23. "Lupita Nyong'o has been wearing a lot of American designers, but we might see her in Chanel! And I would love to see Sandra Bullock in Versace to play up her sexy side."

He'll be keeping an eye on one actress in particular, though. "Cate Blachett," he reveals, noting she'll likely opt for Givenchy. "She always manages to set the tone for red carpet dressing."
