Living it up in the desert! At this year’s Burning Man Festival, held in the Black Rock Desert playa, in Nevada, celebs showed up in droves to take in the dusty desert and the funky art during the weeklong event.

Chicago P.D.‘s Sophia Bush took in the southwest scenery with a group of friends. “Goddesses are real. I know because I’m friends with a few. Forever grateful for my tribe of witchy warrior women who dance in the desert and leave trails of magic wherever they wander,” she shared.
Suicide Squad actress Cara Delevingne lived it up at the festival, as she was spotted riding her bike with eye-protecting goggles, riding out a dust storm.
Fellow model Karlie Kloss, wore a white crop top, goggles, and protected her mouth from the sand with a stylish scarf. “Braving the burning man storm,” she captioned her Instagram pic of the event.

While the twenty and thirtysomethings had their fair share of fun, the more seasoned stars also made hilarious appearances. Susan Sarandon, 68, posted plenty of snaps of her days in the desert and even shared an image with her shoes off in her tent. “These boots were made for BurninG Man,” she said.
And, while his daughters Gigi Hadid and Bella Hadid prepared for New York Fashion Week, which starts Sept. 10, Mohamed Hadid took in the Nevada scene with a whole crew, documenting all the statues, art cars, and other visual stimulation throughout his time. “This is how we role Art Car. #BurningMan #HADIDmoment,” he said of his ride on Instagram.
