Cam Gigandet's 'do has a whole new hue!

The 28-year-old actor -- and father to daughter Everleigh, nearly 2 -- debuted platinum blond locks at WonderCon in San Francisco on Friday. Gigandet was on hand to promote his new movie, Priest, with costars Lily Collins, 22, and Paul Bettany, 39.

"It was just for fun," Gigandet told MTV of his makeover. "I just needed something different."

Fortunately, Gigandet was in good hands. "My sister does hair and she's great at it, but this is the first I've ever trusted her to do something," he said.
