Cheryl Burke's biggest surprise in training football star Chad Ochocinco for Dancing With the Stars?
His wild fashion sense!
"He wants to go Lady Gaga this season with costumes," the pro dancer, 25, tells UsMagazine.com exclusively of her partner, who also wants to sport some Rihanna-inspired attire. "He wants to wear an all see-through outfit, and I'm like, 'Look, we're on a family show!'"
Burke also says people "won't believe" how funny he is.
"He cracks me up," she tells Us of 32-year-old Ochocinco. "I've never laughed harder at rehearsal than I have with him. Instead of getting frustrated with himself, he makes fun of himself. And it's his way of basically letting loose a little bit and not taking himself too seriously."
And although she says "he's the sweetest, most humble guy" and is "doing really well" in rehearsals, she admits that this season's roster of stars — including Bachelor's Jake Pavelka, Kate Gosselin and Pamela Anderson — "is the best cast" yet.
"There are a couple [of people] like Jake and Kate who have been in the tabloids for the last six months or so, and it's stirring up controversy!" she tells Us. "People have their own talents and everyone's going to show so much personality. I think it's going to be tough for everyone this season."
And although she says she hasn't "spent any time with them" yet, she did meet all the DWTS contestants earlier this month.
"At the title shoot, all the celebs are always so nervous because they're wearing basically nothing and they have makeup all over their face and they're looking at each other like, 'Where are we?!'"
