And another one! Ciara stunned in a custom-made Cavalli Couture by Peter Dundas dress in front of 100 friends and family at her July 6 wedding to Russell Wilson in Cheshire, England. But that wasn’t the only noteworthy ensemble she wore.
The “I Bet” singer, 30, took to her Instagram Monday, July 18, to reveal even more about her nuptial style, including her lacy rehearsal dinner dress. The label behind it? Cavalli once again. “My Rehearsal Lunch Dress I Wore For My Wedding #Cavalli,” wrote Ciara, who got engaged to Wilson, 27, in March 2016, and included a snap of herself in the white design. “Thank You @peter_dundas ❤️.”
As if her wedding gown and rehearsal dinner dress weren’t enough, Ciara also rocked Cavalli for her red carpet debut as Mrs. Wilson. The “Goodies” singer posed arm-in-arm with her Seattle Seahawks quarterback husband in a silver and pink Cavalli Couture gown at the ESPYs in L.A. July 13.
Prior to presenting at the awards show, Ciara chatted with ESPN about the couple’s fairy-tale wedding, which was held at Peckforton Castle and attended by Lala Anthony and Kelly Rowland. “There’s too many best parts,” the songstress said. “But the personal moments that we had superseded all of that for me. It was one of the most perfect days in all of my life.”
As previously reported, the couple waited until marriage to have sex, but let everyone know once it happened. “So, baby, you know what we’re doing tonight,” Ciara told her hubby in a Snapchat video the day after their wedding night. In the background of the clip, Wilson could be heard confirming that they consummated their marriage by saying, “And what we did last night, I want to do multiple times.”
