If you read this blog, you know I'm a bit partial to redheads. Obviously, I'm thrilled that Emma Stone left her bold blonde behind and has rejoined the ranks of us gingers. Her fiery shade is perfect with her creamy skintone and somehow works perfectly with her cute and clever vibe. She showed off her new hue on the red carpet for Sunday's MTV Movie Awards with an easy-breezy beachy waves style. The stars' stylist, Mara Roszak, tells Us Weekly how to get the look.
To prep Stone's hair, Roszak applied a tiny drop of Kerastase Oleo Relax serum, then blow dried. Once locks were dry, she used a small, 1" barrel curling iron to curl random sections, rotating in various directions to give strands a natural, beachy texture. She then applied pomade to her palm and ran her hands through waves to rough them up. To finish the look, she pinned one side behind Stone's ear and set the look with hairspray.
