Fans Call Katy Perry's New Look "Quirky," "Trashy"
Fashion Police strike again!
Music star Katy Perry recently stepped out in a, er, starry dress in Paris, France June 29.
UsMagazine.com took its cameras to midtown Manhattan to get the verdict on Perry's psychedelic, out-of-this world look.
One fashion cop charitably called it "quirky," much like the "California Gurls" singer. Another was less kind, dissing the gown as "trashy."
"It's Wonder Woman meets mermaid!" quips another.
