Years of doing the Tracy Anderson Method have definitely paid off.
Gwyneth Paltrow walked the red carpet at Sunday's Emmy Awards in L.A. wearing a sexy see-through Pucci ensemble. The black and nude look exposed the actress' toned tummy — and made fellow nominees envious.
"I can't stand next to her too long. She looks too good," Parks and Recreation's Amy Poehler joked.
Unlike some stars, Paltrow didn't spend much time fretting over what to wear. "I tried on two dresses and I picked this one," she told E! News host Ryan Seacrest. See more photos of Gwyneth at the Emmys.
"My dress is a little see-through, I'm realizing," Paltrow added.
On September 11, the Glee actress won the Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Guest Actress in a Comedy Series. She beat out fellow nominees Elizabeth Banks (30 Rock), Kristin Chenoweth (Glee), Tina Fey (Saturday Night Live), Cloris Leachman (Raising Hope) and Dot Marie Jones (Glee).
