Earning their stripes — and in the same week, too! Days after Hailee Steinfeld stepped out wearing this boldly striped dress, Amal Clooney rocked the same look while in Rome and Vatican City on Sunday, May 29.
Steinfeld, 19, modeled the pink-and-gray Monse dress, which boasts an asymmetrical neckline and a tie at the hemline, at Swarovski's #BeBrilliant event in NYC on May 24. The "Love Myself" singer accessorized the style with a silver bracelet and black ankle-strap sandals. She also worked a low ponytail with tendrils pulled loose to frame her face.
Then on Sunday, the British barrister, 38, on a trip to meet the Pope, made the most of the shirtdress' cut by draping it over one shoulder. She added drop earrings, a box clutch and metallic Dior pointed-toe pumps. Clooney also left her famous brunette tresses long and loose.
The look was a complete 180 from Clooney's look earlier than day, when she sat in on one of Pope Francis' seminars. With her husband, George Clooney, on her arm, the international human rights lawyer wore a lace Atelier Versace dress with nude pumps and a turban.
Both ladies made the most of the flirty Monse frock. But the question is: Who wore it best? Vote in the Us Weekly poll below!
