Kate Hudson's Dress Almost Blows Up in First Post-Boob Job Appearance

Kate Hudson made her first red carpet appearance since getting a small boob job.
And it wasn't entirely smooth.
She arrived Tuesday at the Tribeca Film Fesitval premiere of her new crime-drama The Killer Inside Me wearing a black and white Louis Vuitton poncho.

Before posing for photos, she took it off to reveal a stunning black dress, also by Louis Vuitton.
A short time later, the actress, 31, had a scare when a gust of wind nearly blew up her dress.

Luckily, costar Jessica Alba ran to her rescue, pulling down Hudson's hemline.
The two shared a laugh and made their way down the press line.
Hudson later told Entertainment Tonight that her son Ryder, 6 -- who recently buzzed off his famously long locks -- approved of her outfit.
Said the actress: "He is very, very, very particular about the things that he likes, and he's very vocal about when he doesn't like something I'm wearing."
