Katie Holmes wore a sexy black dress with a see-through skirt to the Donna Karan show during Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week in NYC's Lincoln Center on Feb. 10.
With its sleeveless leather bodice and sheer black skirt, the daring Donna Karan design is a departure for Holmes, 35, who tends to opt for more conservative looks.
The Holmes & Yang designer's recently revealed mid-length hair was styled in loose, textured waves. The face of Bobbi Brown makeup kept her look simple with natural browns on her eyes and a mauve-pink lip.
Holmes sat in the front row for the designer's 30th anniversary fashion show and was joined by Trudie Styler, Hugh Jackman, and Rita Ora, who also wore a chic black look.
