She sure cleans up well! Kesha glowed at the 2014 Billboard Music Awards on Sunday, May 18, in Las Vegas, looking elegant and confident for her latest red carpet appearance.
The singer, 27, who left rehab two months ago, appeared healthy and at ease as she rocked a strapless, black and gray tulle Ines di Santo gown featuring an elaborate train. "Getting ready for #BBMAs and feeling very much like a toddler in a tiara," Kesha tweeted before hitting the MGM Grand Garden Arena.
With her soft blonde hair and glistening pink highlights pulled back into an elegant undo, the singer kept her makeup clean and simple as she smiled for photographers. She paired her look with a Dionea Orcini rose gold laysa ring.
This is the singer's second official appearance since leaving rehab in March, after being treated for an eating disorder. With her new transformation and healthier image, the "Timber" crooner thanked her 3.5 million fans on Twitter in March for their unwavering support. "Happy to be back! Feeling healthy & working on tons of new music I can't thank my fans enough for all the love & support u have given me," she wrote.
Kesha was most recently announced as one of the judges on a new realty TV series on ABC called Rising Star. She will join her fellow music industry peers like 2014 awards show host Ludacris and country megastar Brad Paisley on the panel.
