Forget fancy frocks or designer heels: When it comes to stylishly standing out in a crowd this spring, accessories are key. "The most important thing you need in your wardrobe are accessories," explains Us Weekly Fashion Director Sasha Charnin Morrison in the video above, adding that her three favorite spring accessory finds are printed scarves, stacking bracelets and sunglasses.

Seen on celebs including Blake Lively and Anna Kendrick in recent months, printed scarves are a way to stay on trend while maintaining your own fashion identity, says Morrison. Add this accessory to your wardrobe and "you're going to bring something different to the party than everybody else," our expert confirms.

Another hot style must this spring are sunglasses -- and everyone from Miley Cyrus to Kourtney Kardashian are rocking their own unique frames. While Cyrus chose more fitted black frames to wear with an edgy ensemble, mom of two Kardashian -- who co-owns three DASH boutiques nationwide with sisters Kim Kardashian and Khloe Kardashian -- upped the glamour of her daytime ensemble with oversized frames featuring lenses with a purple tint.

"Sunglasses are key," explains Morrison. "They keep your eyes safe, and the fact is, you can get a designer pair of sunglasses for less than you'd pay for a designer jacket or designer dress. There are amazing choices out there that allow you to switch up your look."
