Lady Gaga Accepts VMA Award Covered in Meat

When Lady Gaga accepted her award for Video of the Year at the VMAs Sunday, the "Bad Romance" singer turned heads with her meaty ensemble.
"I never thought I'd be asking Cher to hold my meat purse," Gaga, 24, giggled as she picked up her moonman.
With tears streaming down her face, the singer thanked her fans before revealing the title of her third album, Born This Way.
She then treated the audience to a few bars of the title track's chorus before exiting the stage.

"How beautiful in my way, cause God makes no mistakes," she sang. "I'm on the right track. Baby, I was born this way."

Whatever 'message' she might have had was lost. Is she really stupid enough to think it would survive? I doubt it. She's in it for the publicity and nothing else in my opinion. As a vegetarian, I'll never purchase her music, as it goes for fund things like this. Too late for you, Gaga, the damage has been done as far as I'm concerned. You don't have to agree with me, but PETA has every right to be ticked, and I'm right there with 'em! It's so wrong on so many levels, and that's BEFORE you get to the fact she marinated herself in E-Coli. Doesn't she have a manager or something to keep her from being an idiot? She's going to get herself killed; someone should save her from herself.

If she has real meat on herself, yuck! If she doesn't and is just making a statement about animal cruelty, good for her. I wish I can find out if it's real or fake meat. However, no matter how hard she tries, I don't have interest in her music anymore. Her fist album was great, the rest is just failure. She should get another profession.
I personally dont believe its disrespectful on any level just because I highly doubt she intended to offend anyone... However it is by far the most revolting thing Ive ever seen... An action such as this does not mean tha her music terrible... inappropriate at times, yes... I am saying this as an active member of PETA as well... The rotting flesh drapped over her was at one time a living animal and it is a shame that, that meat is wasted and another poor animal will die due to her carelessness...

I get the distinct feeling Gaga has a "message" in this stunt... such as "see how disgusting it is to wear MEAT (animal skins)as clothing/shoes/handbags/hats when there are so many more appealing choices available?" She certainly knows how to gain our attention if that's the case!
This is a joke right? She really didn't cover herself with real meat. It's a costume to look like meat right? If not then she isn't eccentric she's crazy.

She's even more disgusting than before. I like the beat her music has to it but she is just plain sick and this outfit proves it more than ever.
I Love Gaga no matter what! You just never know what to expect from her. She deserves that award- she's the best entertainer...

I love Lady Gaga because she's different, however this outfit was the wrong message!!! as a Vegan I will never purchase an Album of hers!! which contributes to Animal cruelty. DISGUSTING SAD AND HORRIFIC
