It's not unusual to see Lady Gaga dressed in off-the-wall ensembles like head-to-toe houndstooth print, and for a taping at ITV studios in London on Wednesday, the scantily clad star opted for a more revealing look.

The "You and I" singer barely covered her assets in a sheer white, loose-fitting blouse adorned with rosettes -- a detail that prevented a full-on nip slip.

In addition to her barely there ensemble, Mother Monster rocked a teeny white miniskirt and sported a retro pastel green hairdo and matching pumps. She ditched the norm of wearing rosy blush on her cheeks and went for a pop of green instead.

The 25-year-old singer also went shockingly sheer in NYC on September 10, when she stepped out in black panties and a bra worn underneath a black lace see-through dress.
