Leighton Meester Feels "Lucky" to Wear Gorgeous Clothes

Her Gossip Girl costar Blake Lively may be able to get red carpet ready sans stylist, but Leighton Meester recently admitted that she enlists a professional for big events.

"I have a stylist who is very helpful," she told Fashionista at a party for shoe designer Roger Vivier in New York City last week. "But I also pay attention and visit Style.com and look at all the shows and things that I like and things that speak to me."

And while her character Blair Waldorf only wears high-fashion designer duds, Meester, 25, is far from jaded when it comes to getting decked out in real life.

"If there's ever an occasion to wear something gorgeous I feel very lucky to be able to don it."
