Just a day after she was named the new face of Philipp Plein's spring/summer 2012 line during a press conference at Milan Fashion Week, Lindsay Lohan was already hard at work for the German designer.

The 25-year-old actress was spotted posing at a waterfront photo shoot in Bellagio, Italy on Sunday.

She donned several looks including a flowing strapless white dress with towering platform sandals, and bright orange hot pants with a matching jacket and heels, plus a handbag with an American flag on the front.
