#BossLadies, indeed! Melissa McCarthy and Kristen Bell owned the red carpet at the premiere of their new comedy, The Boss, in L.A.’s Westwood neighborhood.

McCarthy, 45, whose husband, Ben Falcone, wrote and directed the film, worked her slimmer-than-ever figure in a knotted long-sleeved blouse that highlighted her waistline. The mom of Vivian, 8, and Georgette, 6, finished the ensemble with a pleated maxi skirt and a studded clutch.
Just as lovely, Bell, 35, who plays the assistant to McCarthy’s “boss” in the film, modeled a lavender lace Reem Acra cocktail dress with a plunging neckline. She accessorized with metallic pointed-toe pumps by Jimmy Choo, delicate diamond jewels and her handsome husband, Dax Shepard.
