Coast With the Most: The blow-dry genius — who has opened 16 DryBar salons with 9 more on the horizon — splits her time between Manhattan and Los Angeles. But there's no doubt which city commands her fashion focus: "As soon as I step off a plane in New York, I feel like I have to take it up a notch. I usually will go for more of my designer stuff and I always wear heels, whereas in California, I choose skinny jeans and platforms or flats."
Wrist Watch: "I'm so into bracelets right now, for some reason. . .me and the rest of the world!" says the mom of two, who recently treated herself to a Chan Luu design. "They're the perfect add-on to an outfit. I get sick of things quickly, so I just keep replenishing my bracelet collection." Other pieces in heavy rotation in Webb's wardrobe? A tribal-print Free People sweater, a pair of Joe's skinny jeans and Rebecca Minkoff's Becky jacket.
Chic Stars: "Gwyneth Paltrow is so well-put together, sophisticated and classic, but she also has a funky coolness to her. She never does wrong," says Webb, whose favorite designers include Alexander Wang and Stella McCartney. "And when Katie Holmes goes to events, I love the way she looks."
