Gold medals on the white carpet! Team USA women’s gymnastics stars, a.k.a. the Final Five, were perfect 10s at the MTV Video Music Awards 2016 on Sunday, August 28. Simone Biles, Aly Raisman, Laurie Hernandez, Madison Kocian, who took home five medals as a group at the Rio Summer Olympics 2016, attended the New York City ceremony, where they rubbed shoulders with the likes of Beyoncé and Nicki Minaj.

Hernandez, 16, stunned in a blue and white strapless minidress that boasted a floral embroidered bustier and floaty solid skirt, while Raisman, 22, looked ravishing in a nude Hayley Paige number with white blooms all over, and matching tan pumps. Kocian, 19, picked a sleeveless teal dress with a sparkly bodice and swishy pleated skirt.

Although Biles, 19, didn’t walk the carpet with her crush, Zac Efron, she still glowed in a crimson Sherri Hill halter minidress that sparkled with an intricate bead pattern. Aside from rocking out to the tunes of Rihanna and many more during the ceremony, the gymnast revealed that she was most looking forward to meeting a reality star rather than the musicians.

“I have planned tomorrow at the VMAs to meet Kim Kardashian, and then I’m gonna send her daughter some [leotards],” she told reporters at a press conference in Houston on Saturday, August 27.

Sadly, the fifth Final Five member, Gabby Douglas, wasn’t able to join her teammates for the festivities. “Out of the hospital & resting comfortably! #FinalFive so sad I can't be with u all to present tonite😩 @MTVthank u❣ xoxo 💋 #VMAs #myview,” the athlete, 20, captioned a shot of her bed facing a window with a spectacular view of Manhattan.

Aside from partying on one of music’s biggest nights, the Final Five have also met stars including Usher and took in Broadway’s smash hit, Hamilton, while in New York City.
