In a world of ordinary mortals, Farrah Abraham just had to step it up! The Teen Mom reality star, 25, hit the 2016 MTV Video Music Awards red carpet dressed just like Wonder Woman on Sunday, August 28. Abraham chatted with Us Weekly Video about her superhero ensemble in the video above!
Abraham, who’s mom of Sophia, 7, gave her fans a look at her theme ensemble in an Instagram post, showing off her plunging red and gold corset along with a blue skirt spangled with stars and a fluttering red cape. She also wore a green curly wig, topped with a star headband, and silver platform high-heel booties.
In addition to her post and a brief video with social media phenom Joanne the Scammer on her personal account, Abraham flashed her red, white, blue and gold manicure topped with Wonder Woman’s face and plenty of glitter via her takeover of TooFab News’ Instagram account. Abraham made sure to credit her glam squad, as well: Eve Chen, a celebrity makeup artist, gave her client exaggerated eyes with tons of lashes, and painted heavy black lines along her cheekbones for a comic book effect.
While Abraham looked out of this world, Jenelle Evans of Teen Mom 2 kept it simple and elegant on the white carpet. The mom of Jace, 6, and Kaiser, 18 months, outfitted her baby bump in a tan sleeveless number with a floor-skimming skirt. She styled her brunette locks in a low side ponytail, leaving a few face-framing tendrils loose to pose on the step and repeat with boyfriend David Eason. Evans spoke with Us Weekly Video about her pregnancy, and how it’s the easiest she’s had yet, in the video below!
