Nicole Richie recently debuted lighter - and shorter - locks.
Why did she decide to go with the new 'do?
"I don’t know, but I liked it," she told UsMagazine.com Tuesday at the 2010 CFDA Vogue Fashion Fund Finalists Celebration with Frederic Fekkai and Lisa Love in Los Angeles Tuesday. "I really want to cut it shorter."
Celeb hair pro Ted Gibson tells Us Richie, 29, made the right decision.
"The honey-blonde hue looks radiant against her sun-kissed skin," he tells Us. "And the shorter cut looks fresh and chic."

Me think she has her head too far up Kardashins butt these days. Sad actually. Nicole don't go there. It's sounding & looking desperate. Im definatley on your side about your kids followed by PAPS but you don't need Kardashins to elivate any of your status.
