Milla Jovovich turned heads on the red carpet Wednesday -- for all the wrong reasons.

The 35-year-old actress -- who attended the Gorby 80 Gala in London -- suffered a wardrobe malfunction when her Valentino dress slipped and accidentally flashed her right nipple.

Fortunately, the Resident Evil star didn't seem too bothered by the unexpected exposure.
"What a beautiful night it was!" she tweeted. "The music, the incredible minds awarded for their amazing work. . .I got all choked up when I made my speech talking about how we never thought when we left Russia that we would ever see our family again.

"And because of Gorbachev, so many Russian families were reunited with loved ones they hadn't seen in decades," Jovovich, whose family emigrated from Russia to London in 1981, concluded. "It was a spectacular night!"
