After 25 years at Harpo Studios in Chicago, Oprah Winfrey finally closed up shop and moved to Hollywood at the start of 2016. But before she did that, she cleaned out her epic studio closet.

The cream-paneled space is worthy of a home closet with its racks and racks of clothing, center island and floor-to-ceiling shelves full of shoes. (Louboutin, Dior, you name it!)
While stilettos can be found everywhere, the pairs were just for work, not for play. “I never walked out of the studio in my stilts,” Winfrey, 62, told The Coveteur. “As soon as we finished taping a show, the crazy heels came off and the soft slippers slid on.”
Also in rotation: jackets in every shade, sweeping button-up dresses (like the lemon one pictured) and, yes, more than a few of that glorious ’80s staple, high-waisted “mom” jeans. (The Oprah Winfrey Show did launch in 1986, after all.)
But while each piece is memorable in its own right, few are making it into her current closet. “I just don’t need all this intense color, the embellishment, the heels anymore,” Winfrey explained. “When you’re in front of TV cameras every day, you have to stand out, but I’m in a different place now, and those things no longer serve me.”

Which is why she’s selling them! Starting March 1, you can bid on everything in these pictures via eBay. The proceeds will benefit her Oprah Winfrey Leadership Academy for Girls. New items will be added every day through March 4.
