You get a dress! And you get a dress!
Well, not quite, but almost. After a Twitter fan jokingly asked for Oprah Winfrey's glamorous dress from the cover of the March issue of Essence, the queen of talk happily agreed.
On Feb. 14, @snobaby28 tweeted, "@Oprah you look beautiful in that essence cover pic. Wow. Can I please have that dress? Cuz I know u won't wear again lol lug u."
For the cover, Winfrey, 60, wore a gorgeous Brian Rennie for Basler gown with a feathered skirt and fitted bodice and posed alongside Forest Whitaker, Chiwetel Ejiofor, and Michael B. Jordan.
Shortly after @snobaby28 sent the tweet, Winfrey responded — and agreed that she was unlikely to make use of the designer gown again. "@snobaby28 you're right I won't wear ever again contact my asst. and show her this tweet." Winfrey responded that day.
One week later, the Twitter fan had the dress, tweeting, "THANK YOU! Recv beautiful dress. Plan to wear at my wedding when I find a groom lol but will twit pic wearing it soon. Luv u to life!"
