Miley Cyrus was anything but reserved when meeting the Queen at Monday's Royal Variety Awards in London.
Cyrus, 17, sported what London's Daily Mail dubbed the "daring outfit of the night" - tiny leather hotpants and a crop top - while performing at the star-studded event.

Later, while saying hello to the Queen, she slipped into a cleavage-baring orange dress.

Cyrus recently turned heads by revealing a tattoo that reads "just breathe" under her left breast.
The "legal age" to get inked in the U.S. is 18 -- but the teen may have gotten a permission slip from her parents.

Anyone kid can be turned into a "star." All that is needed is a good publicist and a well known parent. Her talents are very questionable. The stupidity of American youth, however, is definite!

Miley is adorable here...in both outfits. She has a beautiful body...she is sweet 17 and classy with her choices. Let her alone to be the ~wonder~ that she is! She is very grounded, and will never do drugs or alcohol out of control, 'cause Billy Ray will not have it! He sets her free...to a point! They are wonderful parents to her and she is very mature and responsible.
She isn't doing anything different than other kids her age, she isnt running around the bars, getting arrested or drunk, she is doing what 17 years olds do.
She is 17 years old. When Britney first was young she was school girl age to, but about this time or little older she started getting boob jobs, and wearing way more provocative clothes than Miley. She was appealing to an older audience. IT was fine for her so why is everyone harping on Miley. Just because the media wants to play her out as a rebel and terrible role model since the others are older now don't jump on that band wagon. She is a kid let her be.

It's the comment below that cracks me up. She's supposed to be a role model... because YOU said so? If you don't know how to act and need to mimic someone, I suggest you drag your alcoholic father off the couch and spend some time with him. Real role models are close to home, you see them fall down and get back up day after day. They are people you spend time with. They are not people on the TV your parents planted you in front of. I saw twilight, but I dont expect a dope smoking, greasy haired, more than bi-curious guy to raise my kids for me.
