At Lifetime's Five premiere in NYC on Monday, Aniston ditched her regular red-carpet LBD for a sexy Dolce & Gabbana pantsuit that included a cleavage-baring vest that showed off her lacy black bra.

Joined by her serious beau, Justin Theroux, inside the theatre, the 42-year-old actress had a lot to celebrate, like her behind-the-camera debut -- she directed one of the short movies in the emotional film that depicts the lives of different breast cancer sufferers.

An insider tells Us Weekly, "When the film was over, Justin was the first to stand and clap and cheer. He had his hand on her leg the entire movie. At the reception, Justin seem like a very good boyfriend and was lovingly looking at her. He seemed very proud of her and was smiling a lot." Aniston wasn't the only star who bared her chest on the red carpet -- Alicia Keys, who also directed one of the films, also wore a peek-a-boo black bra underneath a tailored blazer.

What's new? She's always flashing a bra. That said, she is a beautiful woman. She ages like fine wine. I would love to age like her.
Look, I am going to say this...Jen is a stand-up actress with class! You don't see her acting out or going out of her way to get attention. She has the money, the fame, the glamor already....she doesn't need the publicity. So for all the haters....back off...get a life! As for my opinion....I think she handles herself well.... I enjoy a grown-up and confident actress in Hollywood! Go Jen!

Sofie, it is obvious you are Team Jolie, but why read the article if it annoys you so much? I'm actually glad US wrote this story because it gives Lifetime's Five short movies a little press (which I think it deserves since I have had family members go through similar struggles dealing with breast cancer), even if it is in a slightly ridiculous story.

I want to see this film. I also read on another website that Jen regularly recently had a mammograms. This is important for women, specially over 35. It's not easy but I hope this film helps bring awareness.
