The singer, 23, rocked a super-tall faux-hawk at Us Weekly's Hot Hollywood: Stars Who Care bash at the The Colony in Hollywood Thursday.

The "We R Who We R" chanteuse told UsMagazine.com that she did the 'do herself.
"Even when I do dress up it's never like a pretty girl. I think it's more interesting to have a little of your [own] style in anything," Ke$ha said.
