When it comes to shoes in Hollywood, the rule tends to be the crazier the shoe, the hotter the look.

And while "crazy" often refers to heels adorned with metal spikes or decked out in glitter, Sarah Jessica Parker took things to the next level when she stepped out in Christian Louboutin's Alex Lion Paw Pump -- a golden suede shoe with 3D toes, fur detail and black sequined claws.

Parker, 46, wore the towering, king of the jungle-inspired pumps at the I Don't Know How She Does It premiere in Moscow, Russia on August 28, where she donned an equally daring dress -- a floor-length Giambattista Valli red strapless gown with a matching cape.
