Warm up your fingers because's first ever sample sale opens on Friday, December 10, at 10 a.m. ET.

The site, which loans out fashionable clothing and jewelry for a fraction of the retail cost, will fill the virtual racks with gently used items at up to 65% off retail.

"We've been asked since the company's inception what we plan to do with our dresses once they're no longer part of our rental lineup," co-founder and president Jenny Fleiss said in a statement. "With the semi-annual sample sale, we will make room for all the new styles coming in throughout 2011 while offering RTR members an exclusive offer."

Dresses and accessories by designers like Herve Leger (seen on Leighton Meester, here), Matthew Williamson, and Dannijo will be marked with any applicable labels including "like new," "missing sequins/beads," "fabric fading," "picked/pulled", and "missing a belt."
