Lady in red! Kate Middleton recycled one of her favorite red coats for a visit to the RAF Valley on Thursday, February 18, in Anglesey, Wales.
With her husband, Prince William, by her side, the Duchess of Cambridge, 34, modeled the scarlet L.K. Bennett Ami topper, cinched at the waist with a matching belt. (Middleton has previously worn the $495 coat in November 2011, November 2012 and November 2013.) She teamed the since–sold-out style with a chocolate-colored Lock & Co. Betty Boop hat, accented with a bow, and a Mulberry clutch and black pumps.

The Duke and Duchess were on the scene to mark the end of RAF Search and Rescue Force operations, as the service is now being privatized. The royal pair watched a parade to celebrate the RAF’s 75-year history and the men and women who have served in the force through the years, including the 33-year-old prince.
“When he was serving with us, he was a very good pilot,” Prince William’s former squadron commander, Wing Commander Sparky Dunlop, shared. “He would come on shift and do all the duties associated with going on shift. He would live and work with his crew, go on rescues with his crew, eat with his crew. He was just another one of the guys.”
Dunlop added, “He is one of the family, and we wanted as many of the family to come back today and say goodbye.”

An insider shared that while William spent time catching up with his former colleagues, Middleton chatted with some of the wives, who she became friends with while living with William in Anglesey for three years. (The prince now works for the East Anglia air ambulance service.)
The duchess has had quite the busy week. On Wednesday, the mom of Prince George, 2, and Princess Charlotte, 9 months, hosted Huffington Post U.K. at Kensington Palace in London. She spent the day serving as a guest editor, using the platform to discuss a topic near to her heart: children’s mental wellness.
For the Young Minds Matter editorial event, which included a discussion with four young children, Middleton wore a high-necked Reiss blouse and a houndstooth Dolce & Gabbana bouclé skirt. She accessorized with a Cartier watch, Annoushka pearl earrings, opaque tights and ebony shoes.
