The 23-year-old former High School Musical star was spotted in ripped black jeans, a floppy hat and a low-cut white shirt that revealed her red lace bra while shopping at Target and Ralph's grocery store with her boyfriend, Austin Butler, in Los Angeles on Monday.

Hudgens made several fashion missteps this year, including the dress she wore to a movie premiere this summer that the Fashion Police described as a "formal Snuggie," and the teeny ripped denim shorts and racy, over-the-knee leather boots she rocked at a gas station back in September.
