What Color Should Katy Perry Dye Her Hair?

Katy Perry has been known for rocking some seriously cool hair hues on stage during her California Dreams tour, but when it comes to her everyday look, she sticks to jet black.

So when the "E.T." singer hinted via Twitter last week that she was switching up her hair color, we waited with baited breath to see her new look. Much to our delight she debuted a fiery new hue on Tuesday while sitting poolside in Miami.

But it seems like the 26-year-old is less than thrilled with the shade, having tweeted last Friday: "So I didn't get to the exact color I wanted from being black for so long! To get to goal I have to be a ginger for three weeks! If I don't wait three weeks, I'll end up with no hair or a pixie '90s cut with a barette in the front. It's okay, I'll get to my secret color(s) soon!"
