Finding the perfect gown for one major red carpet event is hard enough, let alone several. But the star and their hard-working stylists have to do just that with awards season in full swing right now.

Lea Michele seems to be on a mission to sex up her look in a big way this year. The Glee star, 25, dazzled in a revealing silver sequin Marchesa design at the Golden Globes, then showed off a lot of leg at the SAG Awards in a gray Atelier Versace gown with a hip-high slit.

Another star who consistently turns it out: Sofia Vergara. The Modern Family bombshell, 37, flaunted her incredible curves at both awards shows, wearing a form-fitting teal Vera Vang design at the Globes (with $5 million worth of Harry Winston diamonds!) and a raspberry-colored, pleated-bodice Marchesa stunner at the SAGs.
