Out on the red carpet at Sunday night's 2011 BET Awards in L.A., hip-hop and R&B's leading ladies turned up in some rather interesting outfits including lace bell bottoms, skintight rompers, and a Madonna-inspired cone bra (that would be singer Porcelain Black). But amidst all of the wild style choices, there were four celebs who were dressed to impress.
New British X Factor judge Kelly Rowland, 30, donned a form-fitting fuchsia Notte by Marchesa mini with cross-body ruffle detail and Jimmy Choo heels.
