The dress is drop dead gorgeous and she looks drop dead gorgeous from the neck line down. Push them back in and it would have looked stunning.
IMO, she ruined her pretty face with her first face lift although it has improved some. Can't tell me that's not a boob job...she looks like that ad for the pharmaceutical for lung function.
When the girls are squooshed like that, it means the dress doesn't FIT properly. Muffin tops don't look good no matter what size you are!

WOW! That was one of the worst fashion disastors I've seen in a long time. Nicole is one of the most elegant women, usually to adorn the red carpet, but not with that frock. That thing is downright pathetic, neckline wise. The dress itself would be very pretty except for that plunging neckline with her breasts being pushed up to her shoulder blades in the most unnatural, unflattering position I've seen in a long time. Forget the horrifying push-up effect ladies, covered up and NATURAL is 100% more attractive!!!!!
Take another look in the mirror! Yikes! Her chest doesn't need to look pushed up. Leave something for the imagination pleazzee. The dress has a nice neckline--why not try to look natural instead of fake? The crunshed stuffed look of her chest takes away from her face and smile. 8 out of 10 women wear the wrong bra size according to Oprah. This needs her assistance and help immediately before any more photos. You wouldn't catch me looking like that. Try again!
