35yawn..boring dress. it looks 70's.
Nicole Richie stole the show! Is the gown her design? It flows and flows. AWESOME!!!
Nicole is so naturally pretty and petite, but this dress seems heavy and hides her petite figure. She looks completely covered up. The color is a little drab for her. A younger style in a lighter color would have looked fabulous!
I like this on her. She looks glamorous and I like the dress except for the top of the sleeve. Maybe a bit more fitted at the shoulder to elbow.

This goes out to the person who stated that Nicole was a coke wh0re. That is really vicious and just plain ugly. You were probably never shown any love or compassion as a child yourself...so i guess you can be excused... To say hurtful things like these to a person who has struggled with a drug addiction is callous. The dress was pretty and she looked glitzy.

Nicole has a unique style all her own. Although I don't like the dress, it looks fabulous on her, she has an exotic look about her. BTW people did you ever consider maybe she was invited? most of these parties are invitation only. If Joel was DJing he probably could bring a guest. Chill.
I saw her close up and the hair was awfully done. Had comb stripes all over her head. The dress is beautiful though.

A bedazzled 60s and 70s look combo! This is so out this year. The color is too dark and it looks like someone unloaded a truck-full of glitter on her, which stuck to the shapless bag she was wearing. Bad choice ...
Beautiful dress and she wears it well, although you cannot see any part of her shoes. Had I been her, I would have stood so that I poked out my foot so that my shoes would have shown. No way I would have paid for some CLs and not have them photographed.
She is usually right on with fashion. Not so much this time.
