I actually like the dress it's funky with a classic shape ... don't think all those clebs aren't wearing bucket loads of makeup when they go out in public ... it's just that her foundation is too light for her skin tone.

I think Carrie is gorgeous but she needs to fire her makeup artist. They never blend her face well! It's too light because of that spray tan.
