Jill Duggar Sends 1,000 Wedding Invitations, Chooses Venue In New 19 Kids and Counting Clip

Like mother, like daughter! Jill Duggar and husband Derick Dillard may now have a baby on the way, but there’s still so much to relive surrounding their June 21 nuptials in Springdale, Arkansas. In an exclusive clip, the couple choose their wedding venue in this week’s 19 Kids and Counting episode.

The couple were joined by Jill’s mother, Michelle Duggar, for the special outing. And as luck would have it, the last venue the trio visited was the one they chose for the big affair.

“I’m very familiar with Cross Church. My parents were actually married there and then they renewed their vows there,” Jill explained.

The floor alone would be able to accommodate 1,500 guests, which worked perfect for the bride and groom. “We’re sending out 1,000 invitations,” Jill said. “Of course that will be give or take depending on how many can come.”

Jill joked about the “Duggar sized” stage the church offered, while the couple held hands and walked around the location. The mother of the bride also appeared thrilled with the idea of her daughter saying “I do” at the same place she did. (Michelle wed Jim Bob Duggar in 1984 and had a much smaller guest list at the time — 150 family and friends.)

“It would bring back sweet memories,” she gushed.
