Debbie Rowe sued a woman for defamation Thursday after it was reported she was willing to give up custody rights to her two children with Michael Jackson in exchange for millions of dollars.

In the lawsuit, filed in in Los Angeles Superior Court, Rowe says the woman, Rebecca White, committed defamation, invasion of privacy and intentional infliction of emotional distress, Reuters reports.

White claimed to be a "close friend" of Rowe, but Rowe says she does not know her. The suit claims White fabricated e-mails from Rowe (as reported by various news outlets) saying she'd look bad if she didn't fight for custody of Prince, 12, and Paris, 11.

Rowe and White never exchanged e-mails about Jackson, his family or the kids, the suit alleges.

It was unclear how much the lawsuit seeks in damages, Reuters reports. Meanwhile, Usmagazine.com has confirmed with the Los Angeles Coroner's office that Jackson's autopsy report will be delayed for two weeks. It was initially expected as early as today.
