Jimmy Kimmel is off the market!
The late night talk show host -- who split from girlfriend of five years, comedienne Sarah Silverman, in March -- is now dating one of his Jimmy Kimmel Live! writers.

Kimmel, 41, has been seeing Molly McNearney, a longtime ABC staffer, his rep confirms to Usmagazine.com.
A source tells Us they have been together for several months.
(The news of their relationship comes less than two weeks after Late Show host David Letterman was the target of an extortion plot over sexual relationships he had with female employees.)
This is the first woman Kimmel has officially dated since Silverman ended their on-and-off relationship seven months ago.
