  To Lily, Drinking and driving isn't worth it period!! For me the minute alcohol passes my lips, I will NOT drive. People who insist on drinking and driving will always get my contempt. Just this last winter we had some 23yr old clown get behind the wheel of a vehicle drive through town at 70+ mph and hit an SUV carrying a group of people including several children. The lone survivor of the SUV was little boy, his mother died in that wreck, his dance teacher, and two of his dance classmates about ages 10, and 8. The jerk driver got 20 years and is trying to "appeal" his sentence calling it unfair! Bullcrap!!! What about the families he tore apart with his wreckless act? Anyways...make this chick face charges, and then go around to speak about the dangers of drinking and driving.

  HatesDrinkers has a good point, and I don't smoke. Smokers are made out to be criminals, but the real criminals are the ones to take lives away from drinking and driving. How many smokers do you know who killed people on the road from smoking????? Anyway, the woman is 36, and can't make a decent decision. Go back home to your enemy sympathizing father and get a clue.

  Do these politician's kids never grow up?? 36 and acting half her age. If an officer could tell she was intoxicated at .06 and the law there is .08, perhaps she should make amends by working to get the level lowered. She should be charged based on unsafe behavior when behind the wheel, not on a number that means little. I am soooooo tired of people/ laws only trashing smokers. It is a joke that people think second hand cigarette smoke kills more people than drunks. It has never ONCE been proven in a human that second hand smoke kills. Daily, people below their state's BAL not only cause fatal accidents, they kill their spouses/ children/ strangers. A drinker of ANY amount is worse than a smoker any day.
