Justin Timberlake Granted Restraining Order Against Fan

Justin Timberlake has been granted a restraining order against an "obsessed and mentally unstable stalker," according to court papers filed Friday.

A Los Angeles Superior Court judge barred 48-year-old Karen McNeil from Timberlake's property for good one day after she was taken into protective psychiatric custody by police for trespassing.

According to court papers, "[Timberlake] does not personally know or have any relationship with McNeil...," whose Thursday arrival to his home via a taxi cab was her third. During a trip in June, McNeil, who is five feet, six inches tall and weighs 215 pounds, left a "bizarre" note for Timberlake.

McNeil, who according to court papers may be homeless, now must stay at least 100 yards away from the 28-year-old singer, his home and his car.

In 1997, McNeil also reportedly violated an order of protection granted to Guns N' Roses lead singer Axl Rose.
