He RAPES daughter while in the SAME HOUSE as daughters mother and family. Father arrested and charged for the RAPE of an 8 day old baby. Just google "8day old baby raped by father" its there

  I can tell from reading some of the comments below, none of you have been a mother and none of you have ever done anything wrong and none of you have considered how a child needs to have a connection with their mother, being a good mom or a bad mom doesn't make a difference to the child. They need that connection with the mother even if it's supervised.

  Oh come on people she didn't lose her daughter b/c of tax evasion. She lost her b/c of DRUG ADDICTIONS and HAVING A BOYFRIEND THAT IS A CRIMINAL AROUND HER DAUGHTER! She lives in a HALFWAY house do you really expect any judge to allow overnights while she lives in a halfway house with OTHER CRIMINALS???? If the judge agreed to that you people be throwing a FIT calling the judge all sorts of names for allowing the child to be in a halfway house with her mother! There is no pleaseing you people. She was arrested for a PROBATION VIOLATION likely b/c she is NOT SUPPOSED to be around OTHER CRIMINALS (ie her BOYFRIEND) other than the halfway house set up! She is a KNOWN DRUG ADDICT and certainly should NOT have ANYTHING to do with the child! Telling the child about prision and jail?
