An incident report from the Windermere, Fla. Police department confirms that Tiger Woods was "unresponsive" with "lacerations to the lips and noticeable blood in the mouth" when first responders arrived on the scene of his one-car crash at 2:33 a.m. on Nov. 27. Woods was, however, "breathing adequately."

As posted at ETonline, the document reveals that Woods, 33, was "lying on the roadway not moving, covered in a blanket and resting his head on a pillow." His wife Elin Nordegren, 29, was "kneeling over" the prone golfer. "Nothing stood out to be immediately alarming," the report says.

The officer (his name is hidden in the posted document) notes that that Woods "periodically attempted to get up," and had to be gently restrained by officers for his own safety.

As for Woods' 2009 Cadillac SUV? Its engine was still running. As suspected, the airbags had not been deployed, and both rear windows had been broken out. Also noted on site: "two golf clubs (irons) lying on the ground next to a white golf cart."
