The British actress was photographed -- topless! -- smooching the married Brothers & Sisters star in Italy in July 2008. Although sources at the time told Us she was "not a homewrecker" (and that his marriage to the mother of their four children, Rosetta Getty, was over), the Gettys have since reunited. "The situation was not ideal," Miller said recently. "I definitely have been foolish. I've made apologies to people I needed to."

i don't know why people keep making a big deal about her being topless in those pictures. it's not a big deal--pretty much everyone goes around topless on euro beaches.
