  I had cartilage removedfrom the right side ofmy nose and it was a mess. Dumb doctor-forgot to release me the next day so I walked out myself. HOWEVER. My nose's exterior has not altered. One bit. Not one.

  That is called septoplasty when they fix the interior of your nose. Rhinoplasty is the exterior and is a nose job, sweetheart.

  Regarding nose jobs, everybody in hollywood says, "I did it, because I couldn't breathe"...what an excuse..c'mon!!

  I wish they would just say that nose jobs are fairly standard practice in television and movies because it makes one more photogenic from a technical sense - fewer weird shadows, it makes your features more defined, and an actor can carry expressions more independently so they're easier to "read." When you see people with nose jobs in real life there's often something off about them.

  My Ear Nose Throat doctor told me that correcting a deviated septum does not make noticeable changes to the shape of nose. I agree as I fixed mine and it did not require a nose job!

  It's called a deviated septum Anon. Lots of people have to have nose jobs to fix it.

  now that i'm used to looking at her face w/ her new nose, i think she looks better this way. at first i thought she looked funny but now, it has shaped her face nicely.
