EXCLUSIVE: Chace Crawford and Ed Westwick Gay Rumors "Absolutely Untrue"

 James Devaney/WireImage.com Chace Crawford's rep is denying rumors that the actor, 22, is having a fling with his Gossip Girl co-star Ed Westwick. (Blogs had claimed the two shared an open-mouth kiss on the set of their CW hit.) “These endless rumors are absolutely untrue,” his rep tells Usmagazine.com exclusively. (See then-and-now photos of the Gossip Girl cast.) It isn't the first time Crawford — who split with Carrie Underwood earlier this year — has dodged gay rumors. Earlier this year, blogs claimed he and JC Chasez were an item, prompting the NSYNC singer to declare his heterosexuality on a radio station. "That whole story got blown out of whack," Chasez told Us at a Stride Gum bash in L.A. on June 20. I honestly don't think either of these guys are gay. And if Chace is gay, then that's a shame, he's sooo hott!! But then again if they are, then who are you to judge?! They are both very talented actors, and I think these rumors are just that....rumors!! Rumors that some jealous jerk started because they have nothing better to do than to slam people for having the life you wish you had. People just need to let it be. Ok..what is with everyone saying that Chace and Ed LOOK gay? Since when is a persons sexual preference "worn" like a fashion accessory?!A person doesn't LOOK gay; they ARE gay. I have many gay friends and you cannot tell that they are gay by looking at them. If you see two girls talking closely, walking or hanging out on a regular basis, the first thought that pops into your head is not that they are lesbians - it is usually that they are close friends..why is it different for two guys? Some of you need to get your heads out of the sand, open your eyes and see that two guys are able to have the same close knit friendships that girls can...Whether Chace & Ed are gay or not, it is NONE of our business - and if you have a problem with homosexuality, stop reading about it!
